I was honored to win the Gold Certificate at the 2023 In-store Asia VMRD Retail Design Awards for the KL Abdul Sathar project, recognized in the Home Improvement Speciality Store category.
My design for the Shopprix Super Centre in Kanhangad received a Merit Certificate at the VMRD Retail Design Awards, a proud achievement in the Food and General Merchandise category.
The Vitra Zone at ABC Emporio, Kochi, also earned a Merit Certificate at the In-store Asia awards. This award recognizes the innovative approach to creating a specialized home improvement retail space.
Participating in the Design Debate series by Architect and Interiors India is an opportunity to share insights and discuss the future of design with fellow professionals.

About Industry Recognition & Awards
Winning the Gold Certificate at the 2023 In-store Asia VMRD Retail Design Awards for the KL Abdul Sathar project was a defining milestone for us. It wasn't just about the aesthetics; it validated our deep dive into retail flow optimization and our ability to balance complex commercial requirements with clean, modern design. Every project we take on, whether a small retail spot or a large showroom, receives the same rigor and dedication that went into these award-winning spaces.
Our approach to design often starts with a single question: How does this space tell a story? When we received the Merit Certificate for the Shopprix Super Centre in Kanhangad and the recognition for the Vitra Zone at ABC Emporio in Kochi, it affirmed that our focus on 'Terratropical' design and spatial planning resonates with both industry peers and users.
Beyond trophies, these platforms—like the Design Debate series by Architects and Interiors India—are vital to us. They allow us to engage in necessary conversations about the future of modern architecture in Kerala, balancing traditional roots with global, functional design standards. We treat every award as a collective achievement. From our principal architects to the interns sketching in the studio and the site engineers managing daily operations, every person plays a role in transforming a raw concept into a functional, award-worthy environment.
