Pricing Guide
Intimate Pre-Wedding Decor (Mehendi / Haldi)
Entrance & Welcome
- Thematic Archway: Custom 8ft x 10ft structure with fresh Indian blooms (Marigold, Tuberose) and fabric draping.
- Signage: Personalized welcome board on an easel (Hand-painted or 3D Acrylic).
- Walkway: Aisle markers using brass urlis with floating petals or cane baskets leading to the main area.
Seating & Furniture
- Lounge Clusters: 4-5 premium setups with 2-seater sofas, accent armchairs, and coffee tables using theme-matched upholstery.
- Dining: Seating for ~100 guests using Cross-back wooden chairs or Tiffany chairs (no plastic covers).
- Linens: High-quality runners (chiffon, jute, or block print) for all tables.
Table Styling
- Centerpieces: Vignette style arrangements with terracotta/glass vessels and fresh fruit props (lemons/pomegranates).
- Florals: Mix of local flowers and exotic fillers (Eucalyptus, Wax flower).
Structures & Specials
- Covering: Scalloped fabric canopy or colorful tassel ceiling installation.
- Backdrop: One high-density floral wall (6ft x 8ft) for photos.
- Interactive Station: Setup for one corner (e.g., Bangle bar or Postcard desk) with props.
- Bar: 12ft custom fascia with floral accents.
Evening Production & Fabrication (Sangeet / Cocktail)
Stage & Backdrop
- Fabrication: Bespoke stage backdrop (24ft - 30ft width) featuring carpentry, metal framing, or neon integration.
- Flooring: High-gloss vinyl or printed flex stage floor.
- Masking: Designer facades to hide DJ and band equipment.
Lighting & Tech
- Intelligent Rig: 12-16 moving head lights, spot beams, and washes on trusses.
- Installations: Suspended crystal or floral chandeliers (clusters of 5-8 pieces).
- Candles: 500+ pillar candles in glass cylinders and votives across tables.
Furniture & Bar
- Lounge: Velvet sofas and Chesterfields seating 30-40% of guests, plus cocktail tables.
- Dining: Gold/Silver/Ghost banquet chairs for remaining guests.
- Bar: Island or linear bar (20ft+) with custom cladding and overhead floral structure.
Florals & Ceiling
- Blooms: Premium imported flowers (Orchids, Anthuriums, Hydrangeas) for high visibility in low light.
- Ceiling: Treatment with fairy lights, fabric swags, or foliage garlands.
Luxury Wedding Ceremony (Mandap)
The Mandap
- Structure: Custom 4 or 6-pillar design (approx. 12ft) using carved fiber, metallic frames, or floral wrapping.
- Ceiling: Intricate interior work with tuberose strings or jasmine mesh.
- Seating: Two high-back Maharaja/Queen chairs, bajots, and havan kund styling.
Aisle & Entrance
- Walkway: Elevated wooden platform (40ft - 60ft) fully carpeted.
- Decor: Continuous running floral rows or heavy floral pedestals lining the path.
- Foyer: Grand floral archway or tunnel at the entrance.
Guest Seating
- Arrangement: Theater-style setup for 200-300 guests.
- Furniture: Tiffany or Chiavari chairs, each styled with a floral posy, sash, or printed cushion.
- Shade: Umbrellas or overhead draping provided if outdoors.
Lighting & Peripherals
- Ambience: Warm white PAR cans and wash lights focused on Mandap and Aisle.
- Elements: Large statement floral urns at strategic corners.
- Varmala Stage: Separate raised platform with floral backdrop (if required).

I’ve recreated vintage train lounges for anniversaries, designed Sufi nights with hand-block prints and jaali railings, and even turned fashion trends like oversized bows into dreamy, pastel-filled spaces. I don’t just pick a theme - I build a world around your story.
Sensory Magic
Lighting is my go-to trick. Candlelight everywhere, crystal chandeliers for drama, neon signs for a bit of fun. Flowers? Always. I love lush, cascading arrangements and surreal all-white floralscapes. It’s all about creating sensory event experiences that hit you the moment you walk in.

I design and build custom event decor - mandaps with a twist, statement bars, stages that actually mean something. I’ve turned staircases into balconies and plain walls into immersive event environments. Furniture is curated for comfort and style, whether it’s retro or modern.
