- Surface Treatment: Choice between dense coverage using high quality silk florals mixed with fresh blooms (Red Roses/Tropical) OR a Mesh Magic setup using thousands of twinkling fairy lights.

- Flooring: Customized aisle printing or pristine carpeting to match the theme (e.g., Red carpet for Red theme, Printed Flex for Jungle).
- Welcome Signage: One bespoke welcome easel or neon sign (e.g., Couple's Hashtag).

Thematic Structures & Drapery
- Tents & Cabanas: Setup of 4 to 6 colorful tents or draped cabanas for mehndi artists and guest lounging using sheer fabrics and tassels.
- Backdrops: 2 to 3 High resolution printed backdrops (e.g., Jungle theme, Kathiyawadi patterns) or patchwork fabric walls for the bridal seating.
Floral & Prop Styling
- Traditional Florals: Heavy use of Marigold (Genda) strings, tuberose, and foliage to create floral carpets or hanging jaals.
- Quirky Props: Inclusion of thematic elements like painted cycles, brass urlis, earthen pots, or oversized curios.
Guest Experience Zones
- Photobooths: 2 Dedicated Instagram Spots with interactive props (Signages, Swings, or floral frames).
- Bridal Swing/Seat: A dedicated, heavily decorated swing (jhula) or peacock chair for the bride.
Immersive Ballroom Transformation (Sangeet & Cocktail)
Ceiling & Aerial Installations
- The Sky Effect: Full ceiling treatment using either extensive fairy light meshes (Starry Night), cascading crystal strings, or hanging floral trellises.
- Rigging: Heavy duty trussing systems to support the overhead weight, safely secured and masked with black fabric.
Stage & Entertainment Design
- Performance Stage: Large custom backdrop (approx. 24ft to 32ft wide) integrating LED screens with physical decor props like Neon outlines or mirror frames.
- Intelligent Lighting: Package includes moving heads (sharpies), wash lights, and haze machines programmed to music.
Lounges & Dining
- Furniture Mix: Replacement of standard hotel furniture with a mix of Lounge clusters (Velvet sofas, high tables) and dining rounds.
- Bar Decor: One custom fabricated Island Bar or Linear Bar (approx. 20ft) with thematic fascia and overhead hanging structure.
Royal Vows Dense Floral Mandap & Ceremony
Structural & Floral Design
- The Mandap Structure: Custom fabricated 4 pillar or Circular Dome structure (approx. 12x12 ft or 14x14 ft). Choice of open air wrought iron gazebo or fully draped canopy.
- High Density Floral Art: Signature floral application using the pasting or bunching technique to ensure zero gap coverage on headers and pillars using Premium Roses, Tuberoses, and exotic accents.
- Backdrop: Full floral wall or multi layered heavy fabric draping (velvet/satin) behind the seating area.
Furniture & Props
- Couples Seating: 2 Premium high back Maharaja chairs or Silver/Gold plated traditional Sankheda chairs.
- Ritual Seating: Matching low stools (patlas) and havan kund setup for the priest and parents.
- Aisle Decor: 6 to 8 matching floral pedestals or floor arrangements lining the walkway leading to the mandap.
Lighting & Ambiance
- Internal Lighting: Crystal chandelier (central hanging) or warm white ambient par cans hidden within the structure.
- Carpeting: Clean new carpeting (White, Red, or printed Vinyl) for the mandap platform and aisle.

Weddings: Ceremony & Reception
- Vidhi Mandap: I design ethereal mandap setups, from classic white-green elegance to full-on ‘Gulabi Shaam’ (pink evening) domes, or regal reds and golds with Ganesha or Shreenathji touches.
- Reception: Think dramatic wedding lighting, floral ceiling installations, and entrances that make guests stop and stare. I use light and color to set the mood, whether you want dreamy or intense.
Pre-Wedding Fun
- Sangeet: I love creating wild sangeet night themes - starry skies, Sufi vibes, or retro disco.
- Mehendi & Haldi: Go for boho chic mehendi decor, floral carnivals, or traditional Kathiyawadi style. Bura na mano, Holi hai! (Don’t mind, it’s Holi!) - let’s get colorful.
