Immersive Carnival Mehendi Decor
Concept & Fabrication
- Custom Activity Stalls: 4 to 5 fully fabricated wooden kiosks with thematic painting and signage (e.g., Kissing Booth, Beer Station, Sweet Treats).
- Interactive Props: Sourcing and setup of 2 to 3 arcade style games, champagne pong tables, or vintage carts for popcorn/cotton candy.
- Signage & Branding: Bespoke graphic design applied to coasters, bar menus, directional signage, and photo backdrops.
Floral & Atmospheric Styling
- Vibrant Floral Palette: High density usage of approx 500kg local marigolds and 2000 exotic stems (sunflowers/bougainvillea).
- Furniture: Mix of eccentric styles including cane sofas, bistro chairs, and custom printed cushions for 150 pax.
- Installations: Tassel canopies or hanging floral baskets to lower ceiling height in outdoor tents.
Logistics
- Includes layout planning to ensure flow between food, fun, and dance.
- Includes Stain Strategist logistics with wipes and stations for messy elements.
- Note: Excludes alcohol and catering costs.
Tech-Glam Sangeet Production
Production & Technology
- Concert Level Lighting: Comprehensive trussing grid with 40 to 60 intelligent moving heads (Sharpys/Beams), blinders, and profiles.
- Visuals: High resolution LED backdrop (P3.9mm or lower) for stage visuals or DJ console.
- Special Effects: Haze machines, cold pyro entry shots, and confetti blasters for key moments.
Decor & Styling
- Ceiling Art: Installation of clusters featuring 50+ disco balls of varying sizes or crystal chandeliers.
- Bar Design: A statement 30ft to 40ft Island Bar with custom fabrication (mirror finish, neon signage, or floral headers).
- Drapes & Florals: Heavy velvet drapes for wall masking and minimalist exotic blooms (Anthuriums, Orchids) in jewel tones.
Management & Logistics
- Includes Console Management technician to cue lights and visuals with music tracks.
- Includes carpeting of the entire venue floor to cover standard hotel carpets.
- Note: Projection mapping is not included in this standard luxury range.
Bespoke Wedding & Mandap Decor
Ceremonial Structures
- The Mandap: A bespoke 12ft x 12ft structure featuring heavy floral pasting or carved pillars.
- The Aisle: A 60ft to 80ft raised, carpeted, or mirrored walkway leading to the stage.
- Seating: Premium seating (Chiavari, Tiffany, or Louis chairs) for the immediate circle and styled amphitheater seating for guests.
Floral & Details
- Premium Blooms: High density pasting of Tuberoses (Rajnigandha), Jasmine, and Hydrangeas for scent scaping the venue.
- Lighting: Warm washers for the mandap and hundreds of glass votives for the aisle and tables.
- Entrance: A grand 10ft floral archway or tunnel entrance.
Logistics & Finish
- Includes design of Varmala trays, phoolon ki chaadar, and custom printed vow booklets.
- Includes skirting and finishing of all stages/risers to hide platform edges.
- Includes basic weatherproofing provisions.
