Modern Commercial and Hospitality Interior Projects
I design workspaces that do more than just house a business. From modern corporate offices to boutique hospitality spaces, I focus on fluid layouts, smart circulation, and finishes that blend high-end aesthetics with everyday durability.
Welcome to the Shri Ram Construction office, a modern workspace I designed in Behra Enclave. The design features curved glass partitions, terrazzo tiles, and hanging planters to promote creativity and collaboration.
This is a 3D visualization of a serviced apartment complex I designed in Koh Lanta, Thailand. The architecture blends clean cubic forms with fluid balconies and expansive glass facades to create a modern tropical retreat.

In this video, one of my team members discusses our Paschim Vihar office project. We incorporated modern trends like parametric design, curved ceilings, and a raw palette of concrete and wood to create a dynamic workspace.
This image collage shows the journey from concept to creation for the Shri Ram Constructions office. It highlights the reception area, which features a marble and wood desk with a brass-finished base.

The conference room in the Shri Ram office features curved wood-paneled walls and elegant, comfortable seating. The design aims to create a space that is both professional and inspiring.

About Commercial & Hospitality Projects
In commercial projects like the 2200 sq. ft. Shri Ram Construction office in Behra Enclave, I prioritize active circulation—using curved glass partitions and parametric ceilings to break the monotony of traditional office cubicles. This design choice isn't just about the 'wow' factor; it is a functional decision that improves how sound travels and light hits your desk, making the office feel like a collaborative hub rather than a series of disconnected boxes.
Designing for Business
Designing a workspace is fundamentally different from a home. While a home prioritizes personal comfort, a commercial space must prioritize productivity, brand identity, and long-term durability. Whether it is a corporate office, a startup hub, or a boutique hotel, my goal is to create environments that function flawlessly while looking distinct.
The 'Shri Ram' Approach: Function Meets Form
My work on the Shri Ram Construction office showcases how I approach these challenges:
- Transparency vs. Privacy: By using fluted glass partitions, I created distinct cabins that allow light to filter through, maintaining a sense of openness without sacrificing the privacy required for meetings.
- Material Integrity: I used terrazzo tiles for the flooring, not just for the aesthetic, but because they are exceptionally hard-wearing in high-traffic office areas.
- Lighting as a Tool: We moved away from standard grid lights, opting instead for linear pendants and curved hanging lights to highlight the architectural lines of the space.
Hospitality & Beyond
For hospitality projects, like the Koh Lanta service apartments, the focus shifts to the guest experience. I apply the same principles of fluid architecture—using curves and expansive glass facades to mimic the natural landscape. I treat these projects as a 'resort-style' experience, where every corner of the layout is planned to maximize view and flow.
Why Turnkey Matters
When you are running a business, you do not have time to coordinate between carpenters, electricians, and painters. My commercial service is fully turnkey. I handle the entire project lifecycle—from the 3D space planning and material selection to the final site execution and handover. You get a ready-to-move-in workspace without the operational headache.
