When you join our sessions, don't expect a standard gym workout where you just blend into the background. Whether it is pad work or functional drills, we keep the energy high and focus on technique that stays with you, ensuring you gain real strength rather than just breaking a sweat.
We blend the discipline of karate with the intensity of kickboxing and functional training to create a routine that challenges both your body and mind. You can expect a structured class: 20 to 25 minutes of high-intensity cardio drills, followed by bodyweight strength work like push-ups and lunges, and wrapping up with partner pad work.
What makes us different is the environment. We train in a local community hall, focusing on raw effort and skill over fancy amenities. We prioritize safety and provide gear for trials so you can experience the intensity without worry. Our karatekas learn more than just self-defence; they learn to stay calm under pressure.
We welcome everyone, whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your existing skills. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, so you do not need to be an expert to start.
