About Fitness, Agility & Fun Games

People often assume martial arts is all about heavy bags and serious faces. At our sessions on Cunningham Road and Indiranagar, we use games like 'balloon battles' and 'hot hands' drills specifically to train your reaction speed and footwork without the stress. It builds real physical coordination that you carry into your actual sparring sessions, making the learning curve feel a lot less intimidating for beginners.
