About Art Retreats
Why I Run Art Retreats
Art isn’t just about fancy paintings for me. It’s more like a way to untangle your mind and see the world with fresh eyes. That’s why I started these retreats - to mix the best parts of travel and creativity, whether you want an adventure or just some headspace.
What You’ll Find Here
-
Two main paths:
- International artist-led cultural tours for the travel junkie who loves a bit of paint on their fingers
- Healing art experiences for those who want to slow down, breathe, and let art do its thing for their heart
-
We get messy, try weird techniques, and let our hands lead. No pressure to get it ‘right’.
-
Expect hands-on creative travel workshops, from sketching in a hidden Hanoi café to making lanterns in Hoi An, or painting on random stuff like T-shirts during mindful painting escapes.
The Vibe
- Small groups, so it always feels personal.
- No art snobs. Just real people, sharing stories and strokes.
- Loads of inspiration from nature, local food, and street scenes.
- You don’t have to be an artist. If you want to try, you belong here.
I keep it honest - some days your art will look like a mess. That’s part of the magic. If you want to make memories deeper than a photo, this is your kind of trip.

My Story
People ask, Doctor or Artist? I say, both. Connection matters more than labels. I grew up with stray dogs my grandpa brought home from mandir, so I learned early—home is not just walls. My art’s messy, raw, imperfect, like life itself. Ganesha murals, hand-painted outfits, it’s all got a bit of soul. I do get stuck sometimes, doubt creeps in, but then I remember—this messy journey is what I wished for. Blessing, truly.
