About this collection
Every portrait I create is a labor of love. I do not just sketch a face; I invest 57 plus hours into layering acrylics or charcoal to truly capture the emotion behind the eyes. It is slow, deliberate work that ensures your final piece is a real connection to your memory, not just a quick print.
When you commission a painting, you are getting more than just a canvas. You are getting a piece of my shradha, or devotion, to the craft. Whether you want a hyper-realistic acrylic portrait for your living room, a soft watercolor study for a gift, or a stark, emotional charcoal sketch, the process is the same. I work from your high-resolution reference photos to ensure every detail, from the jewelry to the fabric texture, feels accurate.
My Art Styles
- Acrylic on Canvas: This is my most popular choice for large family portraits or vibrant home decor. I use heavy-body paints to build layers, creating a hyper-realistic finish that lasts. These come varnished and ready to hang.
- Pencil & Charcoal: Best for capturing raw emotion. I use acid-free cartridge paper and professional fixatives to prevent smudging, ensuring your sketch stands the test of time.
- Watercolor: Perfect for a dreamy, soft aesthetic. I use 300 GSM cold press paper, which is heavy-duty and keeps the colors rich for years.
How We Work Together
Once you place an order, the process is simple. You provide a clear photo, and we discuss the size and medium. For pencil and watercolor work, I deliver the art rolled in a protective tube. For acrylic canvases, I provide a finished, framed piece ready for your wall. I keep you updated during the creation process so the final result is exactly what you imagined. My goal is to make sure that when you see the painting, it feels like the memory has come back to life.
