I turn your favorite photos into handmade sketches and acrylic paintings, capturing the emotions and details one pencil stroke at a time.

This time-lapse captures the creation of a detailed wedding portrait. I use a combination of graphite and charcoal on heavy paper to bring out the fine details in the traditional attire and the joy on the couple's faces, turning a cherished memory into a timeless keepsake.

Watch as a beloved family photograph comes to life. In this video, I focus on capturing the warmth and connection between family members, carefully sketching each person to create a balanced and heartfelt group portrait that can be treasured for years.

This is the completed charcoal and graphite portrait of a bride. I paid special attention to the textures, from the soft shading on her skin to the intricate sparkle of her traditional jewelry, creating a piece that is both realistic and full of life.

To show the range of my work, here is a look at a full-color acrylic painting. I use bright, vibrant acrylics on paper to create a lively and realistic portrait, perfect for capturing the innocence and charm of this baby's first portrait.

See the magic happen in this quick transformation. I take a client's favorite photo and turn it into a hand-drawn graphite sketch, capturing the child's bright and happy expression in a completely new way.

For me, the best part of creating art is seeing the reaction it gets. This video shows the moment a couple received their custom portrait as a gift, a truly rewarding experience that makes all the hours of drawing worthwhile.

It's always a pleasure to see a finished piece in its new home. Here is a happy client with his framed graphite portrait, a perfect example of how a custom sketch can become a personal and meaningful piece of decor or a thoughtful gift.

Drawing is my way to unwind after my corporate job. This video gives you a glimpse into my process and passion. It’s not about being a professional artist, but about the joy of creating something real and personal by hand.

About Featured

I start every piece using the grid method to ensure facial proportions are accurate. I work primarily with professional-grade graphite and charcoal on heavy 200–300 GSM acid-free paper, layering and blending the shades with makeup brushes and stumps for a smooth, realistic finish that captures the details in your photos.

While I am a corporate professional by day, my evenings are dedicated to art. This portfolio showcases the work I create after hours—it is a way for me to unwind and share the joy of handmade art with others.

My Process

Everything is drawn by hand. For graphite and charcoal portraits, I focus on high-contrast shading and fine details like jewelry, traditional embroidery, and skin textures. I seal every sketch with a fixative spray to prevent yellowing and smudging over time. If you prefer color, I also paint portraits using heavy-body acrylics on high-GSM paper, which gives a vibrant, textured look to your festive photos.

Customization & Framing

Most of my work is intended as a gift. Whether you need a single portrait or a group sketch of your family, I can work with A4 or A3 sizes to fit your space. For standard sizes, I offer minimal black synthetic wood frames that protect the art while letting the drawing stand out. I pack everything in PVC tubes or bubble wrap sandwiches to ensure they reach you anywhere in India without a scratch.

Why Choose Handmade?

A photo is a memory, but a sketch is a story. I take my time with every piece, ensuring it looks like the person in your photo rather than just a generic drawing. If you have a specific anniversary or birthday in mind, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss the best paper and style for your project.
