About this collection
When I paint your portrait, it is rarely a quick process. For my large-scale acrylic works, I use a grid method to ensure accurate proportions before building up the colors layer by layer. It often takes 50 to 60 hours of work just to get the skin tones, lighting, and fabric textures right. This is not just about putting paint on canvas, it is about capturing the specific light and shadow that makes your memory real.
My Process
I do not rush the anatomy or facial features. I start by blocking in the colors and establishing the light source, then spend hours on the fine details like the sparkle in an eye or the texture of jewelry.
Why Choose Acrylics?
Acrylic is the ideal medium for capturing vivid emotions and preserving memories. Unlike watercolors, acrylics dry quickly and allow me to build intricate, hyperrealistic layers that retain their vibrancy for decades. My paintings are finished with a non-yellowing varnish to protect against dust and moisture, ensuring your art stays beautiful.
What Do I Need From You?
I work based on high-resolution reference photos. Send me the image you want to immortalize, and I will handle the rest.
Delivery and Packaging
For large 24x30 inch portraits, the piece comes framed and ready to hang. For other sizes, I carefully roll the canvas in a protective PVC tube for safe shipping across India. You will also receive a signed Certificate of Authenticity with your artwork.
