I believe art is a conversation between the maker, the viewer, and the space. Here is a glimpse into my creative world, my process, and the lessons I have picked up along the way.

A quick introduction to who I am and what I do. I create bespoke mixed-media paintings and sculptures through a personalized process, and I'm always open to collaborations and private commissions.

For those who have just stumbled upon my page, here's a little about me. I'm an artist from Mumbai who loves to explore new mediums, work on commissions for homes and offices, and share my trade secrets with you.

Here's the story of how I became a professional artist. It all started when my husband asked me to create art for his office, and the positive response I got on social media encouraged me to turn my passion into a career.

People ask me about mistakes in art, but I believe there are no mistakes. Art is about your creativity and emotions, so every mark you make is part of your unique expression. Just keep painting and keep growing.

The most important thing I've learned as an artist is to never stop learning. It's only when you learn that you grow, and that's a lesson that applies to everyday life as well.

Here's a secret: all artists make mistakes. The real art is in how we cover them up and make them part of the artwork. So don't be scared of making mistakes, just follow your heart and create.

I share three mistakes I've learned from as an artist. These include the importance of being patient, not fearing the outcome, and realizing that you don't need expensive tools to create beautiful work.

In this video, I share some tips on how to choose the right artwork for your space. It's important to reflect on your own taste, consider the atmosphere you want to create, and choose a piece that evokes an emotion in you.

If I could teach one art form for the rest of my life, it would be working with textures. It's so much fun to use, and the best part is that no two artworks will ever look the same.

A fun 'This or That' challenge where I choose between different art forms. Watch to the end to see which one is my absolute favorite to work with.

About Conversations with the Artist

Before we commit to a large canvas, I create a 6x6 inch physical texture and color sample for you. It allows you to check how your room's lighting hits the surface and ensures the piece feels right in your space, so we are both confident before I start the final artwork.
