About Inspired by Nature
When I paint nature, it’s not just about the view, it’s about the texture of the water and how the light hits it. I use heavy-body acrylics to give the sea a three-dimensional feel, so the waves actually catch the light in your room. My love for nature, especially the ocean, is what started this whole journey. There is something really grounding about having a piece of the outdoors inside your home. Whether you are looking for a calming beach scene for your bedroom or a vibrant, textured landscape for your living room entryway, I create these pieces to order.
My Process
I don’t just paint a picture; I build it. For my nature art, I often use heavy-body modeling pastes and multiple layers of acrylics. This creates that tactile, 3D effect you see in my seascape close-ups, where the seafoam and waves have actual height. It means the painting changes a little bit depending on where the light in your room is coming from.
Customization
Every painting is unique. If you love a specific landscape—maybe a river you visited or a coastline that means something to you—we can work on that. I’ve shipped these pieces everywhere, from homes in Mumbai to spaces in Bareilly and Kolkata. Because these are large, textured works, I take care of the logistics by shipping them securely in heavy-duty PVC pipes or wooden crates, so they arrive ready for you to have them stretched or framed locally.
A Note on Time
These custom textured pieces are a labor of love. They take time to layer and dry properly, usually around 4-5 months depending on the size and complexity. If you have a deadline for an event or a home renovation, it is always better to reach out sooner rather than later. Let’s create something that brings a little bit of the outdoors into your space.
