Custom Statement Art & Hand-Painted Installations
A look into my favorite commissioned pieces. From oversized abstract canvases to textured sculptural art, this is where my love for experimenting with different styles really comes through.
This large abstract piece, custom-made for a client's living room in Mumbai, shows how art can become the soul of a space. The neutral palette with pops of green and black complements the modern interior design, creating a focal point that is both bold and harmonious.
I love seeing my art transform a room. This 8-foot by 4-foot textured canvas, installed in a beautiful Gujarat residence, uses a gradient of grays to create depth and a sense of calm sophistication. It's a great example of how large-scale minimalist art can make a powerful statement.
Art should bring joy and energy into your home. This vibrant 5-foot by 4-foot abstract painting was commissioned for a living room in Mumbai, filling the space with color and fluid motion. It’s a perfect centerpiece for a home with a bright, modern aesthetic.
This piece, "Our Memories," is one of my favorites because it's so personal. I worked with a travel-loving couple in Mumbai to create this installation, painting miniature landscapes of their favorite destinations. It’s a beautiful way to turn your personal story into a unique work of art.
My art isn't just for homes. I love creating custom pieces for commercial spaces like this one for Sidewalk cafe in Lucknow. These large 8-foot canvases set the mood and create a memorable atmosphere for customers, making the space feel unique and curated.
For a touch of luxury, I often incorporate 24ct gold leaf into my work. This four-panel installation for a Mumbai residence uses texture and gold accents to catch the light beautifully throughout the day, adding a layer of elegance and warmth to the room.
Here I am with a custom seascape painting just before it was shipped to Kolkata. I'm obsessed with painting water, and I use texture to capture the movement of the waves. This piece shows the scale of my work and my passion for bringing nature indoors.
I also create sculptural art using materials like MDF boards. This four-panel textured installation in a Jaipur home adds architectural interest and a modern, earthy feel. We can create custom shapes and configurations to perfectly fit your wall.
This piece was a labor of love, taking almost five months to complete. The deep, flowing textures on this 30" x 48" sculptural artwork create a dramatic play of light and shadow. It’s a testament to the patience and detail that goes into each custom commission.
Hey, it's me, Nida! I wanted to put a face to the name and share a little about my passion. I create all kinds of art because I love experimenting, which means we can find the perfect style for your space together.
About Featured
Most of these pieces require 4 to 5 months to complete because I work with heavy-body acrylics and complex textures that need proper time to set. I always start with digital mockups so you can see exactly how the colors and scale fit your specific wall before I begin painting.
How We Work Together
Every piece is a partnership. Whether it is a giant canvas for a cafe or a textured piece for your living room, the goal is to make sure the final result feels like it belongs in your space. We start with a conversation about the vibe you want—minimalist, bold, or nature-inspired—and I send digital mockups to verify scale and color harmony before I touch the canvas.
My Materials & Process
I do not stick to one style, which is why my portfolio ranges from fluid, abstract acrylics to 3D sculptural art made on MDF boards. For the textured pieces, I use modeling paste and fabric draping to create relief height between 0.5 and 1.5 inches. All canvases are finished with a triple coat of non-yellowing varnish to protect against dust and UV rays. If you choose a piece larger than 3 feet, I use custom wooden crating to ensure it arrives safely.
Delivery & Setup
I ship across India. Smaller canvases and abstract works are rolled securely in heavy-duty PVC pipes to save on shipping costs, while larger sculptural works are crated flat. If you need something specific for a commercial project, like a cafe or office, I can create cohesive sets that follow your brand identity. Let me know what you are looking for, and we can start planning.
