Custom Hand-Painted Objects and Unique Gifts

Why settle for factory-made when you can have something that is genuinely yours? I love turning everyday objects—mirrors, sneakers, furniture—into one-of-a-kind art that tells your personal story.

I'm always looking for new things to paint, and I knew I had to customize this gorgeous emerald green mirror. I added a delicate white pattern to the frame to make it truly unique.

This was a fun project for a furniture boutique. I hand-painted this bold, symmetrical tiger design on a cabinet door, turning it into a statement piece of furniture.

For my own wedding, I wanted the return gifts to be personal. I hand-painted dozens of these mini canvases so each guest could take home a tiny piece of original art.

A lineup of the mini paintings I created as wedding favors. Each one is a unique little landscape, from sunny beaches to flower fields.

Experimenting with a new craft! I've been making these little decorative pots and planters. It's so easy and I'm obsessed with the results.

This video shows my process for painting leather shoes for the first time. I used special paints to create a cool cartoon effect, and I love how they turned out.

About this collection

When I paint on items like leather sneakers or furniture, the finish is everything. I don't just use standard acrylics, I use specific leather-grade pigments that flex without cracking and apply professional-grade, wipeable varnish so your daily-use items stay protected. It is not just about looking good today, it is about making sure the art survives real-life use.

Art for Your Everyday Items

I believe art should live on more than just white walls. Some of my favourite projects have been the ones where I got to take a plain, functional object and turn it into a conversation piece. Whether it is a mirror frame, a sneaker, or a piece of furniture, the goal is always the same: adding character to things you use every day.

What I Customise

  • Furniture Upcycling: Give your old wardrobes, cabinets, or side tables a second life. I use heavy-duty primers and PU-sealed finishes so the design doesn't just sit on top, but becomes part of the piece.
  • Leather and Accessories: From cartoon-style line art on leather sneakers to intricate florals on clutches, I use flexible leather paints that move with the material so you don't have to worry about peeling.
  • Unique Gifting: Nothing says 'thoughtful' like a hand-painted gift. I have created everything from sets of mini canvases for wedding guests to personalised pots and planters. If it has a surface, I can probably paint it.

The Process

It always starts with a chat. If you have an object in mind, tell me about it. We will discuss the material, the best type of paint to ensure longevity, and the design that fits your style. For furniture or large items, I handle the surface prep and sealing on-site. For smaller objects like shoes or gifts, we can arrange for them to be shipped or dropped off.

My approach is to make sure your object looks amazing, but more importantly, that it stays that way. I don't believe in art that you are afraid to touch.

I’m Nishka. I’ve been an artist for 11 years, and honestly, the best part is when someone looks at a simple mirror or a pair of sneakers and sees a piece of art instead. Whether it's painting 50 mini canvases for my own wedding guests or a bold tiger on a boutique cabinet, I put that same joy into every little object.
