This is where the magic begins. I will guide you from seeing a simple capsicum as a set of basic 3D shapes to rendering it as a realistic object with depth and shadow. This video shows the exact fundamental process we follow in my beginner classes.

This is my own journey from 2017 to 2022. I share this to show you that drawing is a skill that can be learned with patience and the right guidance. If I can do it, I truly believe you can too.

Capturing the warmth and wisdom in a person's face is the heart of portrait drawing. This realistic pencil portrait shows the level of detail and emotion we can achieve by focusing on light, texture, and expression.

A glimpse into one of my offline workshops. I believe in creating a supportive and interactive space where students can ask questions, see live demonstrations, and learn together.

A finished still life drawing, "Echoes of Everyday." Mastering how light reflects on different surfaces like metal and cloth is a key part of my curriculum. We learn to see and draw the beauty in simple, everyday objects.

Beyond objects and portraits, I find immense peace in drawing landscapes. This piece, "The Truth," is a pencil and charcoal drawing where I focused on creating a moody atmosphere and capturing the reflection on the water.

Drawing animals is a wonderful way to learn about texture and form. This drawing of a kitten shows how we can use pencil and charcoal to create the softness of fur and the spark of life in the eyes.

This is a custom A3 size couple portrait I did, drawn with graphite pencils. I focus on capturing the details of traditional wedding outfits and the happiness of the moment, turning a photograph into a timeless piece of art.8

I love using hatching to build up texture and emotion in a portrait. This piece shows how you can use simple lines to create depth and capture a specific mood, a technique we explore in my sessions.
This is my take on the classic "Girl with a Pearl Earring." Doing master studies like this is one of the best ways to understand light, form, and composition. It’s a deep dive into the techniques of the greats.

This is a portrait of the actor Hugh Laurie. I really wanted to capture his intense and iconic expression. This piece was created using Caran d'Ache and Faber-Castell colored pencils on 220 GSM art paper to achieve this level of hyper-realism.8
A commissioned portrait of the lovely Varnika. 💛 For this piece, I used acrylics on canvas to create a warm, painterly style that focuses on her sweet personality. It's a joy to preserve such cherished memories.
Here I was experimenting with a digital oil pastel brush on my iPad. I love exploring new textures and pushing my style, and this technique creates a wonderfully expressive and modern portrait.
