About this collection
You do not need to bring a partner to our classes, but you will definitely leave with a new group of friends. We use a mandatory partner rotation system in all our sessions, so you will dance with everyone in the room. It is the fastest way to learn how to lead and follow while getting to know the whole Motley crew.
At Motley, we believe dancing is a conversation, not a performance. Whether you are a total beginner with two left feet or someone looking to sharpen your musicality, our workshops in Koramangala, Indiranagar, HSR Layout, and Sanjaynagar are designed to strip away the pressure of perfection.
We focus on the 'how'—why a move works, how to lead or follow, and how to truly listen to the music.
Common questions we hear from new dancers:
- Do I need a partner? Never. We keep our classes social and interactive by rotating partners, so everyone gets a chance to practice with different people.
- What if I miss a class? Don't stress. We share videos of everything we cover, and our instructors are always happy to help you catch up during the next session.
- What should I wear? Comfort is the only rule. Wear whatever makes you feel good and bring a pair of socks—we focus on the movement, not the outfit.

We are just a bunch of dance geeks who started this to help you forget the world and just move. We operate across Koramangala, Indiranagar, HSR, and Sanjaynagar, but we are really just a place to find your people and have some fun.
