This aerial view of our Urban Ladder campus design in Hyderabad showcases our approach to master planning. We integrated a large, green amphitheater as a central public space, creating a social hub that connects the office tower to the urban fabric and fosters a sense of community.
The Hare Krishna Tower in Hyderabad, captured here at dusk, is a project that redefines the city's skyline. Our design for this spiritual and cultural high-rise blends contemporary architecture with traditional purpose, creating an iconic landmark for the community.
For the Myhome Vipina clubhouse in Hyderabad, we designed the space between buildings to be the true heart of the project. This view shows how we integrated a cascading waterfall and lush gardens, transforming a simple pathway into a serene, multi-sensory experience for residents.
This render illustrates our award-winning vision for the Solina Silk Factory in Srinagar. We focused on adaptive reuse, transforming the historic industrial buildings into a lively artisan center and public plaza to support local livelihoods and create a new cultural destination.
Our ARCUS residential project in Chennai is nestled within a dense urban neighborhood surrounded by trees. This image captures how the building coexists with its green surroundings, a result of our careful planning to preserve the existing foliage and integrate the structure with nature.
This aerial render shows our competition entry for the Centre for Excellence in Bangalore. The design envisions a sprawling campus where distinct architectural forms are woven together by flowing landscapes and water bodies, reflecting our belief in creating holistic, nature-centric environments.
Even in a private residence like the Mango Tree Yard in Thrissur, our master planning principles apply. We designed the entire layout around two mature mango trees, creating a home that lives in dialogue with nature and preserves the site's original character.
About this collection
Our design process isn't about imposing a structure, but revealing what a site is already trying to be. For projects like the Mango Tree Yard in Thrissur, that meant physically shifting our plans to preserve mature trees, ensuring the home feels like it grew there rather than being built. When you talk to us, we don't just ask for a brief, we look for the narrative that will define how you live or work in the space.
We view architecture as a back-and-forth between people and place. Our master planning approach starts with deep site diagnostics—studying hydrology, sun paths, and local heritage—before a single line is drawn.
At the Urban Ladder campus, we didn't just plan offices; we designed an amphitheater and green corridors to stitch the building into the city fabric. Whether we are transforming an old silk factory in Srinagar into a cultural hub or planning a high-density residence in Chennai, our goal is the same: creating places where people feel they belong.
