Our Collaborative Design Process
Design thrives on collaboration. Our process starts with aligning ideas, materials, and your vision before a single brick is laid.
This mood board for a commercial foyer establishes the initial impression of a space. We blend textures like carved wood and patterned walls with statement pieces like a modern mirror and console to set the design direction.
A mood board developed for a study or quiet lounge area within a commercial space. Here, we curated a selection of art, furniture, and textiles to create a serene and artistic atmosphere, demonstrating how art and design can merge.
About Our Collaborative Design Process
Before construction starts, we translate abstract concepts into tangible mood boards. This is where we align on material finishes like marble, brass, and wood veneer, ensuring you understand the logic behind every design decision long before the site work begins.
The foundation of any successful space is the clarity established in the initial phases. We avoid guesswork by building a material palette and visual storyboard for every client. This approach helps us define the direction early, preventing the confusion that often plagues construction projects.
How We Align Your Vision
- Material Strategy: We present physical samples of marble, brass, velvet, and wood veneer. You see how these textures interact under lighting and how they age, giving you a real sense of the final outcome.
- Spatial Logic: We utilize 2D zoning layouts to optimize customer flow and sales areas for commercial projects, or to improve usability in residential spaces. You will understand exactly why a partition is placed here or why a foyer needs specific illumination.
- Technical Integration: By finalizing these details early, we can coordinate electrical, plumbing, and joinery drawings with precision. This reduces rework during the site execution phase.
The Result
This process, which helped us secure the Geevees 2024 People's Choice Award for our 'Serene Radiance' project, is not just about making things look good. It is about creating a roadmap. When you sign off on a mood board, you are approving a strategy, not just a picture. We believe that when you are involved in the design direction, the final space becomes a true reflection of your goals and our Indo-Contemporary aesthetic.
