About Artisanal Cheese Platters & Domes
Because these cheese domes are handcrafted fresh without artificial preservatives, they need to go straight into your fridge the moment you receive them. They hit their flavor peak when you let them sit out on the counter for about ten minutes before serving, allowing the truffle, herbs, and spices to soften and bloom.
Every cheese dome you see here—whether it is the earthy Truffle & Shiitake, the punchy Cheddar, Chilli & Burnt Garlic, or the sweet-tart Truffle, Pistachio & Cranberry—is part of how I started Apero. I wanted to move away from the standard, boring supermarket blocks and create something that felt like a personalized gift for your palate.
Why a Cheese Dome?
These aren't just scoops of cream cheese. They are curated flavor journeys. The process starts with selecting premium dairy, which is then hand-folded with aromatics and piped into these signature shapes. I focus on balance: a bit of crunch from the nuts, a hint of sweetness from dried berries, and the rich, savory depth of truffle or garlic.
