Every box has a story, and this is mine. Apero started in my home kitchen and has grown into a full-fledged catering service with an amazing team, all fueled by passion and a lot of hard work.
I love to play with tradition, and our upside-down cheesecake is the perfect example. It features a golden, buttery crust on the outside with a creamy, dreamy cheesecake and raspberry filling on the inside.
The 'Swaad Peti' is my modern take on festive gifting for Ganesh Chaturthi. The elegant packaging, finished with delicate tulle and a floral touch, makes it a truly special gift before you even see the delicious modaks inside.
From intimate gatherings to large-scale brand launches like this one for Bioderma, we create grazing tables that become the centerpiece of any event. This spread features our signature cheese domes, including Truffle Cacio e Pepe and Burnt Garlic with Chives.

It all began in my home kitchen in the middle of the lockdown. I needed a fresh start, and that late-night experiment with truffle oil turned into the food brand you see today. I have grown from working alone to managing a team of 22 people here in Mumbai, but the core remains the same. Everything we make is prepared from scratch.
How We Work
We handle everything from intimate date night meal kits to massive grazing tables for corporate events. If you see a spread on our tables, expect house-made dips, fresh crackers, and flavor combinations like Truffle Cacio e Pepe that you won't find on a supermarket shelf.

Since we make everything to order, we need a bit of planning time. If you have a specific vision for an event, reach out to us early. We love building menus that match your vibe, whether you want a mix of Indian fusion, European flavors, or something entirely new. We deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, and you can also pick up your orders directly from my space in Khar West.
