Baby-Led Weaning Workshop for Stress-Free Mealtimes
Start your baby's solid food journey with confidence. Learn to trust your baby’s cues and turn mealtimes into an opportunity for discovery rather than a stressful task.
This is my daughter Bhadra, enjoying a meal all by herself. Choosing baby-led weaning three years ago means our mealtimes are now relaxed and happy, which is the biggest reward. I want to help you find this same peace and confidence in your feeding journey.
This picture says it all. Mealtimes should be about joy and discovery, not stress. This is the happy, messy reality of baby-led weaning that I love so much.
A happy smile from my little one during her first year. Learning to self-feed gave her so much independence and made introducing new foods a fun experience for both of us.
So much laughter during our feeding journey. These are the moments I cherish and the reason I'm so passionate about helping other moms experience the positive side of starting solids.
Another happy moment in the high chair. Trusting your baby's cues is a huge part of the process, and their smiles let you know you're on the right track with their infant meals.
About My Journey with Baby-Led Weaning
Baby-led weaning is about more than just food, it is about changing your mindset. Instead of chasing your baby around with a spoon for an hour, you learn to trust their natural ability to explore textures and tastes at their own pace, which keeps mealtimes relaxed for everyone.
Starting solids can feel overwhelming. You worry about choking, you worry about mess, and you worry about nutrition. In my 2-hour interactive workshop, I strip away the fear. We focus on the practical, everyday reality of feeding a baby. We look at why traditional purées often lead to spoon-chasing and how you can flip the script by letting your baby lead. You will learn to spot the signs of readiness, how to adapt common Indian home foods like Besan Chilla or Wheat Dosa into safe, finger-friendly shapes, and exactly what foods to avoid for infants under one year. Most importantly, we spend time demystifying the difference between gagging and choking. Knowing that distinction helps you stay calm so your baby can stay curious. Since the session is live on Zoom and interactive, you can ask your specific questions about allergies or timing, and you get full recording access to re-watch whenever you need a refresher.
