Our kitchen operates on a strict 1:4 staff-to-guest ratio. This ensures that while you are focused on the conversation, we manage the pacing of every course so the evening never feels hurried. Because we work with seasonal, farm-to-table produce, our menus shift with what is freshest, so you are always tasting ingredients at their peak.
We focus on French-Mediterranean flavors, working with imported meats and local organic produce to deliver a clear, honest dining experience. Every event is managed entirely in-house, as we do not permit outside catering to maintain our standard of quality.
Whether it is our signature Earth Table, arranged with moss runners and taper candles, or a private sit-down meal, the presentation is designed to mirror the wild, calm surroundings of the Asola forest. We handle every aspect, from the plating of each course to the selection of glassware, so you do not need to concern yourself with the logistics.
