Because we are positioned right against the Asola Biosphere, we are very protective of the peace here. When you book a space like our Pavilion or Garden, you have it to yourself. This is not a venue for large, loud crowds, but for meaningful time where the only background noise is the forest breeze.
At Anvaya, we believe that an event should feel more like a private invitation than a public function. Our architecture, with its ochre walls and expansive glass, is built to frame the surrounding forest rather than compete with it. We avoid the typical event hall feel entirely.

We host only one event at a time to maintain the sense of isolation and privacy that our guests seek. Whether you are planning an anniversary dinner in our glass-walled Pavilion or a small gathering in the gardens, the space remains yours alone.
Dining with Intention
Led by Chef Maxime Montay, our kitchen focuses on Mediterranean and European flavors with a strong farm-to-table philosophy. We do not do standard buffet setups. Instead, we offer 5-course tasting menus or grazing tables featuring imported cheeses and artisanal breads. The food is meant to be part of the visual experience, styled to match the earthy, organic aesthetic of our surroundings.
Signature Settings
We move away from traditional decor. We prefer what we call our Earth Table—a styling choice that incorporates moss, heavy candlelight, and soft floral runners to create a grounded, natural feel. This aesthetic works best in our outdoor gardens or on the poolside deck, especially during the cooler months in Delhi.
