We don’t just set out food; we build a landscape. Expect large wheels of imported Brie and Gouda, hand-picked seasonal fruits, and house-made pastries arranged on raw wooden crates and stone platters. Because we prioritize exclusivity, our grazing spreads are designed for smaller, intimate guest lists where quality and presentation take center stage over sheer volume.
When we talk about a grazing table, we are talking about a planned architectural piece. Led by Chef Maxime Montay, our kitchen moves away from standard banquet catering. We focus on modern European and Mediterranean influences, meaning you will find sourdough crackers, honeycomb, and charcuterie rather than generic fried snacks.
The style we offer is visual-first. We use natural elements, such as eucalyptus, moss, and stone, to create a look that feels connected to the Asola Biosphere just outside our glass-walled Pavilion. Since we handle all food in-house, we control the freshness of every element, from the ripeness of the figs to the temperature of the artisanal cheeses.
