A glimpse into the families I have supported through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum days. From empowering birth stories to practical newborn care tips, this is what the Vriksham journey looks like.

There is no greater joy than meeting a new baby and their strong mother. Here I am with Monisha, one of my students, and her little one. She was worried about having a vaginal birth due to gestational diabetes, but with dedicated exercises and her husband's support, she had an empowering birth experience. It’s moments like these that make my work so fulfilling.

This message from a mother makes me so happy. She was struggling with combined feeding but learned about cluster feeding in my webinar and is now exclusively breastfeeding her baby. The right knowledge gives you the confidence to trust your body and nourish your child.

A father's involvement is a game changer. In my offline couple's sessions, we invite expecting fathers to learn practical skills like massaging and bathing the baby, and how to provide comfort and support during labor. An involved partner makes the postpartum journey better for the entire family.

A common question I get is whether you need to clean your breast before every feed. The answer is no. Your body has its own way of keeping your baby safe, and over-washing can cause irritation. Simple daily hygiene is all you need.

A vaginal birth after a C-section (VBAC) is possible for many women, and this beautiful message from Kamakshi is proof. With the right guidance, breathing techniques, and her husband's encouragement, she had a successful VBAC without fear. Your body is capable of amazing things.

Holding a newborn correctly is crucial for their safety and comfort. It's important to always support their head and neck, ensuring their chin isn't pressed against their chest, which can make breathing difficult. A simple adjustment makes all the difference for your paapa's safety.

I am so proud of my student Madhu, who donated 25 litres of breastmilk in just four months. This incredible gift can provide over 800 feeds for babies in the NICU. It shows the amazing capacity of a mother's body and the power of giving.

It is wonderful to see couples attend my classes together. Sandra and her husband joined my sessions all the way from Singapore. Hearing them share how the classes gave them confidence, busted myths, and brought them closer as a team is the reason I do what I do.

About Featured

You will notice many couples in these photos, and that is by design. Whether it is learning to massage the baby, breastfeeding techniques, or breathing exercises for labor, having a partner involved significantly changes the birth experience. My classes are not just for the mom; they are for the entire family because when the husband understands the process and feels included, the mother feels supported, confident, and less alone in the journey.
