Breast Milk Donation Support
Donating breast milk is a beautiful way to save lives. Whether you are local or online, I am here to help you turn your extra supply into liquid gold for babies in the NICU.
This was our biggest collection yet: 77 litres of breastmilk donated by kind mothers from across the region. This milk will go to the government hospital milk bank in Tiruppur to feed babies in the NICU. Every drop is liquid gold.
A screenshot from my student Madhu, sharing that she has reached her 25th litre of "liquid gold" donation. Her dedication is truly inspiring and will help so many little ones.
This amazing mother donated 10 litres of breastmilk within one month of her baby's birth. Her generosity will feed so many babies in the NICU. The right breastfeeding knowledge empowers women to not only nourish their own baby but others too.
I was so humbled to be recognized by Sri Ramachandra Medical College for my work in creating awareness about breast milk donation. It is crucial to have the support of the medical community to help this cause grow.
About My Mission: Breast Milk Donation
Many mothers worry about their supply or how to store safely, but the process is simpler than you think. I guide you through the logistics of pumping, proper storage, and coordination with local milk banks in places like Tiruppur and Coimbatore. If you have excess, don't let it go to waste—your contribution could literally save a life in the NICU.
Why Your Liquid Gold Matters
Breast milk is often called liquid gold for a reason. For premature or sick babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), breast milk is not just food—it is medicine that aids recovery and protects against infections. My mission is to remove the confusion around donation so that every drop reaches a baby who needs it.
How Donation Works
Donating isn't about emptying your freezer every day; it's about mindful collection. Whether you are in Tiruppur, Coimbatore, or nearby, the focus is on hygiene and safety.
- Storage: Use food-grade, BPA-free breast milk storage bags. Always label with the date and time of pumping.
- Transport: Keep your milk frozen until the moment of transport. We often organize group collection drives to ensure the cold chain remains unbroken from your home to the hospital milk bank.
- Screening: Just like blood donation, milk banks have protocols. Reach out to me, and I will help you understand the requirements for the specific bank we are supporting.

We are consistently working with hospitals like the Government Hospital in Tiruppur to facilitate these donations.
