Your 9-Week Journey to Confidence
When you step into our studio, you are not just attending a class; you are joining a 9-week cohort designed to help you navigate pregnancy with knowledge rather than fear. We limit our batches to 15-20 mothers to ensure that every participant gets personal attention and space to ask questions.
What to expect in your weekly sessions:
- Active Fitness: We combine dance fitness, pelvic flexibility exercises, and guided breathing techniques. We use professional-grade birthing balls and mats, all provided at the studio.
- Beyond the Classroom: We include special sessions for partners so they understand their role in labor support. We also host sessions for grandmothers, helping them unlearn old myths and prepare for modern postpartum care.
- Mindful Connections: From art therapy, like crafting your own crib mobile, to guided mindfulness, we help you reduce screen time and connect deeply with your baby.
- Nourishment: After every session, we serve pregnancy-specific refreshments, like warm soups and healthy kanji, to keep you energized.
