Everyone wants to talk about their leg press PR, but I prioritize the squat and deadlift. Heavy leg press numbers look good on social media, but they will not build the core stability you need for actual powerlifting. In these sessions, we use machines like the hack squat to drive hypertrophy, but the barbell always comes first.

Why I Share The Grind

These clips aren't just for show. They are documentation. When I push 500 kg on the leg press or go heavy on hack squats, I'm showing you what commitment looks like in real time.

The Hybrid Approach

My coaching blends two worlds:

  • Powerlifting: We use the Big Three (Squat, Bench, Deadlift) as the foundation. We don't skip leg day, and we don't cheat the range of motion. If you want to move real weight, you need to master the technique.
  • Bodybuilding: Strength is useless if you don't look like you lift. We use high-rep isolation work to sculpt definition and symmetry, ensuring the strength you build is backed by muscle.
