The Daily Grind: Building Real Strength
Powerlifting isn't about the highlight reels. It is about showing up when you don't feel like it, refining your technique, and putting in the work. This is what eight years of consistent, no-nonsense strength building looks like.
Like everyone else, I have things going on in my personal life. But I've been 100% on point for 8 years. That's the only difference.
About The Daily Grind
You see the heavy plates on the bar, but the real progress happens in the weeks of consistency you don't see. Whether it is refining your squat bar path or managing fatigue to avoid injury, the goal is always the same: efficiency. I don't just watch you lift; I help you understand why your body moves the way it does so you can push past your current plateaus.
The images you see here are not about showing off. They are proof of a simple philosophy: show up, do the work, and be 100% on point. Whether I am training at Relentless Strength in Domlur or Barbell Therapy in Jakkur, the focus is the same.
Why the Grind Matters
Most people think they need a fancy program or a secret supplement. The truth is, they just need to master the basics. My coaching focuses on:
- Biomechanics: Understanding how your levers work for the squat, bench, and deadlift.
- RPE-based Training: Managing your load so you can train hard today without getting injured tomorrow.
- Mindset: Building the mental grit to handle heavy weight when you are tired.
Your Training, Your Terms
When we work together, you get more than just a spreadsheet. You get frame-by-frame video analysis. You get audio feedback on your foot pressure and bar path. We do not skip the accessory work because that is where the weak points get fixed.
I started this journey as an insecure kid who was told he was too old to start lifting. Now, I am stronger than ever. The game is not over, and if you are ready to put in the time, I am here to help you get there.
