Architecture that breaks away from the conventional. I design sculptural facades that function as landmark statements for modern luxury villas and residences, blending parametric geometry with functional living.
This parametric facade is one of my signature styles, where architecture becomes art. The fluid, ribbon-like form in a copper finish wraps around the building, creating a dynamic and visually stunning exterior that is entirely unique.
Here, I combined parametric and origami principles to create a facade that appears to be carved from stone. The organic, flowing shapes create deep recesses for balconies, which are filled with greenery, blending sculptural form with natural elements.

Executing these complex facades requires precise integration between the structural framework and the aesthetic cladding. We use advanced modelling for parametric designs and CNC-cut metal jaalis to ensure the final build matches the 3D visual, while specifically accounting for thermal insulation and long-term maintenance.
The Engineering Behind the Aesthetics
A building's facade serves as its public identity, but for us, it is also a performance element. My approach to sculptural design focuses on two primary methodologies: parametric fluidity and origami-inspired geometry. These are not merely aesthetic choices; they are structural decisions that impact how light, heat, and air interact with your home.
Precision Execution in Construction
When we propose a facade featuring ribbon-like copper finishes or dry stone cladding, we bridge the gap between architectural rendering and site reality. We perform feasibility checks during the initial sketch phase to ensure that intricate forms do not compromise structural integrity.
Key technical considerations we include in our facade planning:
- Thermal Regulation: Utilizing Double Glazed Units (DGU) within the facade framework to manage heat gain, essential for Delhi NCR's climate.
- Material Durability: Selecting high-performance materials like HPL cladding or treated metal for long-term resistance against weathering.
- Integrated Greenery: Designing recessed zones within the structural form to house vertical gardens, ensuring the facade breathes and connects to nature.
Our process involves generating detailed 3D walkthroughs before a single brick is laid. This ensures that the sculptural elements—the cantilevers, the deep recesses, and the complex mouldings—are perfectly aligned with the interior utility and the overall structural load of the building.
