Modern & Contemporary Residences
We design residences where clean, geometric lines meet the natural environment. Our approach balances modern architectural luxury with biophilic principles to create homes that are healthier, ventilated, and deeply connected to the outdoors.
I designed this farmhouse in Gadipur as a response to the need for healthier living environments. The structure features a unique, wing-like roof and extensive use of glass and open terraces, creating a modern home that is deeply connected to nature and fresh air.
A contemporary farmhouse design where cantilevered volumes and a mix of materials create a dynamic facade. I used a metal screen with a geometric pattern to add texture and visual interest, while large windows ensure the interiors are filled with natural light.
This farmhouse in Chattarpur features a dramatic double-height glass atrium that serves as the centerpiece of the design. The combination of stone, wood, and glass creates a sophisticated and modern aesthetic that blurs the line between the interior and the surrounding landscape.
For this residential building, I focused on creating a nature-responsive design. The facade is a collage of materials, including marble, wood slats, and extensive vertical greenery, with each floor having its own unique character and connection to the outdoors.
This fully automated farmhouse was designed with the amenities of a luxury hotel. The architecture emphasizes a clean, cubist form with a clear distinction between the solid entrance and the open, glass-walled living spaces that connect to the garden and outdoor seating areas.
A different perspective of the rustic farmhouse, this view highlights the cobblestone driveway and the building's relationship with its landscape. The tiered balconies with integrated planters are a key feature, bringing greenery to every level of the home.
This view of the farmhouse design showcases its clean, geometric lines and the harmonious blend of stone cladding and warm wood soffits. The design prioritizes open views and natural light, with large sliding glass doors connecting the ground floor to the surrounding lawn.
An alternate view of the farmhouse, emphasizing the dramatic, angular roofline and the double-height window feature. The strategic use of exterior lighting highlights the architectural form and materials, creating a striking presence after dusk.
This modern villa design incorporates a variety of textures and materials, including concrete, wood paneling, and vertical louvers. The layout includes a spacious rooftop terrace and a mid-level balcony with a green border, maximizing usable outdoor space.
I designed this compact "mini farmhouse" to maximize luxury and greenery on a smaller plot. The design features curved balconies that soften the building's form and provide ample space for plants, creating a private green oasis in an urban setting.
About Modern & Contemporary Residences
We prioritize the transition between your living room and the outdoors to maximize usable space. By using large-span glazing and strategic green pockets, we ensure your residence remains naturally ventilated and filled with daylight throughout the day, even in dense urban settings, which significantly reduces the need for artificial lighting and air conditioning.
Our Approach to Modern Living
Modern residential architecture is often misunderstood as merely 'minimalist'. For us, it is about functionality, material honesty, and the precise control of natural elements. Whether designing a farmhouse in the outskirts of Delhi or an urban villa in Gurgaon, our process begins with site-specific feasibility. We analyze sun paths and wind directions to orient the building, ensuring the interior climate remains comfortable without excessive reliance on mechanical systems.
Integrating Nature and Technology
We employ a 'nature-responsive' design methodology. This involves integrating vertical gardens, green terraces, and water features directly into the architectural footprint. This is not just for aesthetics; it provides a buffer against pollution and noise. This is complemented by high-end automation systems that manage lighting, climate, and security, effectively providing a hotel-like experience within a private home.
The Turnkey Difference
We operate as a single point of responsibility. We handle the entire project lifecycle—from the initial 3D walkthroughs and floor plans to the selection of marble, wood, and sanitary ware. This eliminates the coordination issues common in residential construction. We work with high-performance materials like DGU (Double Glazed Units) for insulation, Italian marble, and CNC-cut metal screens that add texture and privacy. Our focus is on delivering a finished, ready-to-move-in residence that matches the detailed visuals we present during the concept phase.
