Crafting the Coordination

I don't believe in forcing everyone into the exact same pattern. For families, I often work with a color palette or a specific weave. For example, if mom is wearing a heavy Kanjivaram silk, I will source a complementary Art Raw Silk or Cotton Silk for the father and son so their fabric texture doesn't clash. For daughters, I often create Langa Vonis that mirror the mother's border work using Aari or Maggam embroidery.

The Process

Every ensemble is custom-made. Here is how we usually handle the construction:

• Men's Wear: I use canvas fusing for collars and invisible plackets to ensure a structured, sharp look.
• Women's and Kids' Wear: For the girls' lehengas and gowns, I include can-can layers to get that festive volume. Everything gets premium cotton lining so it feels as good as it looks.
• Sourcing: I handle the fabric procurement for men and kids, ensuring the shades grade perfectly against the mother’s main saree.
