About Behind the Scenes & All-Inclusive Packages
When you book with us, we manage the production from our 5,000 sq ft Vashi workshop, so we don't rely on outside vendors for your stage or decor. From custom-cutting the 3D props to testing the sound and DJ consoles before we leave, our crew handles every technical detail on-site to make sure your party runs exactly as planned.
What sets our event planning process apart is that we build most of your stage and props ourselves. Instead of coordinating with multiple third-party vendors for backdrops, lighting, or sound equipment, we prepare everything at our Vashi facility. This allows us to maintain strict quality control over items like balloon garlands, foam sculpting, and LED walls before they ever arrive at your venue.
Our all-inclusive birthday packages were designed to remove the stress of party planning in Mumbai. Whether you select our entry-level 3D decor package or the premium carnival suite, you get a transparent list of inclusions upfront. You won't find unexpected costs for sound systems, DJ services, or mascots because those are part of our core operations.
We provide service across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, and we are now expanding our reach to Thane and Borivali. If you have questions about the technical side, such as how we sync cold pyro effects or manage event flow with our emcees, we are happy to explain how it works. We focus on showing up, setting up, and making sure the event flow is smooth so you can actually spend time with your family and guests.
