Everything you see here is built in our 5,000 sq ft Vashi workshop, not outsourced. When we promise a custom 3D castle or a unicorn theme, our team pre-assembles the props to ensure they fit perfectly at your venue. You don't have to worry about the setup because we handle all logistics from start to finish, letting you actually enjoy the party.
Your daughter’s birthday should look like a storybook, not a generic hall setup. We specialize in bringing specific themes like Frozen winter wonderlands, unicorn gardens, and classic princess castles to life.
How we build your theme
We start with a high-quality 3D flex backdrop—usually 8x8ft or larger—and add custom foam cutouts. This creates depth that simple banners cannot match. We do not just stick balloons on a wall; we use organic clusters and chrome accents to frame the stage. If it’s a princess carriage theme, we build the carriage prop in our own shop. If it’s a castle, we assemble the towers beforehand to ensure they stand tall and look right with the lighting.
What you need to know
- Venue Prep: We need about 3-4 hours of access before the party starts to set up the 3D structures and balloon styling.
- Customization: Want a specific shade of pink or a particular character? Just let us know. We work with set packages, but we can tweak props to match your vision.
- Service Area: We cover the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Area, including Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Borivali.
- All-inclusive: If you need more than just decor, we provide mascots (like Mickey or Minnie), professional anchors to handle the games, and magic shows so you can focus on the birthday girl.
