Pricing Guide
Adult Private Art Parties
Core Experience
- Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours of exclusive studio section usage.
- Guidance: Step-by-step instruction by dedicated mentors (approx. 1 mentor per 8 guests).
- Activity Options: Choose one for the group: Canvas Painting (Acrylics), Tote Bag Painting, Clay Hand-building, or Fluid Art. Resin Art available at higher price range.
Materials & Setup
- Supplies: Easels, brushes, palettes, and aprons provided for use.
- Takeaways: Participants keep their artwork (10x12 inch or 12x16 inch canvas, clay item, or tote bag).
- Decor: Basic celebratory signage (Happy Birthday bunting/light box) included.
Food & Beverage
- In-House: Bottomless self-service tea/coffee and dry snacks (cookies/chips).
- BYO Policy: Guests may bring their own cake and additional non-alcoholic food/drinks upon request.
Kids Art Birthday Parties (Ages 5-14)
Core Experience
- Duration: 2 hours total (90 minutes art activity + 30 minutes for cake cutting).
- Supervision: High mentor ratio (approx. 1 per 5-6 kids) to assist with art and manage flow.
- Activities: Age-appropriate projects like Mini Canvas Painting, Mosaic Art, Tote Bag stamping, or Clay modeling.
Materials & Takeaways
- Return Gift: The artwork created by the child serves as the party favor.
- Safety: Kid-safe, washable paints and aprons provided.
- Decor: Simple birthday bunting and festive setup included.
Amenities
- Snacks: Juice and basic dry nibbles provided for the children.
- Cake: Studio provides the table and time for cake cutting (Host must bring the cake).
Corporate Art Workshops & Offsites
Core Experience
- Location: Flexible hosting at Alive Studio (Golf Course Road) or client offices in NCR.
- Duration: 2 to 3 hours of structured activity.
- Themes: Collaborative Giant Canvas, Stress-relief Painting, or Functional Resin Art facilitated by professional artists.
Logistics (For Office Visits)
- Turnkey Setup: Studio provides plastic drop cloths, disposable aprons, easels, water cups, paints, and canvases.
- Cleanup: Full teardown and cleanup included post-event.
- Materials: Professional-grade supplies ensuring no damage to office furniture.
Food & Beverage
- In-Studio: Includes standard bottomless coffee/tea and cookies package.
- At Office: F&B is the responsibility of the client.

Looking for a fun, low-pressure way to get your group together? At Alive Studio, I make sure everyone gets to loosen up, get a little messy, and try something creative—no art experience needed. These private art parties aren’t about perfect lines, they’re about good company, laughter, and leaving with something you made yourself.

How It Goes Down
- Guided by practicing artists (I promise, nobody’s left behind)
- All supplies provided—canvas, clay, paints, whatever the activity is
- You get to take your finished piece home (and probably some paint on your hands)
- Chai, coffee, and sometimes just some random music in the background

My Story
We started Alive Studio just wanting a spot where anyone could make art, no fancy skills needed. You walk in thinking, 'Art isn’t for me,' and leave with paint on your hands and a smile. We love chai, chatting, and watching friendships spark at our workshops or potlucks. Our Gali Art Fest brings those gorgeous Indian folk arts from every gali (lane) and nukkad (corner) right to our studio. It’s a family vibe here, always space for one more.
