About A Peek Inside the Studio
You won't find silence or stern art teachers here. The studio is a mix of quiet focus and happy chatter, often with a bit of clay on the table or fresh coffee nearby. When you visit for a session, you aren't just following a recipe; our mentors are there to help you figure out your own style, whether it is your first time picking up a brush or you are back to refine your technique.
More Than Just An Art Class
At Alive Studio, we believe that art is a practice, not a talent you are born with. Our space in Sector 42, Gurugram, is designed to be a retreat from the screen-filled, fast-paced world outside. When you walk through our doors, the goal is simple: get messy, experiment, and enjoy the process.
How We Work
We run over 50 different art workshops, ranging from clay handbuilding and acrylic painting to intricate Indian folk art sessions. We don't believe in strict, rigid curriculums. Instead, we use a mentor-guided approach. This means our team acts as a support system rather than a lecturer. If you get stuck on a sketch or need help with the consistency of your clay, we are right there to troubleshoot with you.
Who Is This For?
- Beginners: If you think you aren't an artist, you are exactly who we want to see. We provide all the materials, from canvas pads to sculpting knives, so you can start from scratch without buying a thing.
- Families and Friends: Our central table is the heart of the studio. It is where parents work alongside their kids on paper crafts, and friends bond over painting canvases.
- Solo Explorers: If you need a bit of 'me-time', our drop-in sessions allow you to pick a medium, find your corner, and focus on your work for a few hours without distraction.
Our Commitment to Creativity
We keep our materials stocked and our vibe relaxed. Whether you are prepping for a birthday party, looking for a corporate team-building activity, or just want to spend your weekend doing something tactile, our studio is open. We handle the cleanup, the supplies, and the guidance. You just bring your open mind.
Alive Studio
We started Alive Studio because we believe art belongs to everyone, not just those with fancy skills. Our studio is a space for you to relax, make a mess, and maybe discover a side of yourself you haven't seen in a while. We are here to guide you, support you, and make sure you leave with a creation of your own.
