This is not about relaxing. It is athletic conditioning to improve your smash power, build court stability, and prevent injuries so you can play longer.

I lead our group yoga sessions to build complete athletes. Here, my players are practicing Vrikshasana (tree pose) to improve the balance and stability they need for fast footwork and net play on the court.

To be a top player, you need more than just on-court skills. This is a look at our athletic conditioning on the track, where we build the stamina and speed that our yoga practice supports.

I do not run these sessions to help you chill. We focus on specific asanas like Vrikshasana and the warrior series because they build the exact balance you need for fast footwork and net play. If your core is weak and your joints are stiff, you will struggle to reach those tough corners on the court during a match.
