About Home, Decor & Art
Because our items come directly from the maker’s workshop, you are rarely looking at mass-produced inventory. These are pieces born from specific processes, such as hand-block printing on textiles or slow-fired ceramics, which means every item has slight variations that prove its origin. When you bring these into your home, you are choosing a story and a finished product that you cannot replicate on a factory floor.
We started in a garden with a simple question: why are the people who make these beautiful things hidden away? We want to change that. When you look at the ceramics, wall art, or soft furnishings showcased here, you are looking at the output of genuine karigars from across India. This is not just about filling a shelf. It is about bringing intention into your living space.
From hand-block printed tablecloths to the Denim Project Kowdhi, which turns fabric scraps into zero-waste textile art, every piece here has a process. We work with artisans who specialize in traditional techniques—Gond painting, Aipan, and clay work—and bring them to our markets at venues like Freedom Park and the NIFT campus in Bengaluru.
We encourage you to visit our markets to talk to the creators yourself. Ask them about their dyes, their clay sources, or the time it takes to finish a single design. It helps you understand the value of the object you are taking home. Whether you are looking for a statement rug, sustainable lighting, or just a small ceramic planter to brighten a corner, you are getting something made with patience, not a machine.
