For larger family events, I can manage buffet-style setups where the focus remains on the quality of the Ennegayi and the freshness of the Palya.
- Hygiene & Purity: My kitchen is small but meticulous. I only use pure ghee, fresh seasonal vegetables, and never reuse oil. When you order from me, you are not getting 'hotel food'—you are getting a home-cooked meal.
