We believe in full transparency throughout your renovation. You can visit these active sites to inspect the grade of BWP plywood, soft-close hardware, and finishing quality before you commit to your own home renovation.
Seeing a project in its raw state is the best way to understand the quality of an interior firm. When you hire us for a renovation, you are not just getting a final 3D render, you are getting a structured construction process that spans 60 to 90 days.
The Construction Journey
Our on-site work typically follows a phased approach to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic consistency:
- Civil & Flooring: We handle removal of old tiles, waterproofing, and the installation of large-format GVT tiles (4x2 or 6x4 ft). This is the foundation of your home.
- Carpentry: We use IS 710 Grade BWP Marine Plywood for wet areas and IS 303 Commercial Ply for dry areas, ensuring durability. Hardware like soft-close hinges and tandem boxes are installed during this phase.
- False Ceiling & Lighting: We execute gypsum board ceilings with profile lighting and COB spots, ensuring all electrical points are rewired correctly.
- Final Finishes: From wall putty and primer to the final coats of emulsion paint and laminate application, we focus on the details that define the look.
