The Construction Journey

Our on-site work typically follows a phased approach to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic consistency:

1. Civil & Flooring: We handle removal of old tiles, waterproofing, and the installation of large-format GVT tiles (4x2 or 6x4 ft). This is the foundation of your home.
2. Carpentry: We use IS 710 Grade BWP Marine Plywood for wet areas and IS 303 Commercial Ply for dry areas, ensuring durability. Hardware like soft-close hinges and tandem boxes are installed during this phase.
3. False Ceiling & Lighting: We execute gypsum board ceilings with profile lighting and COB spots, ensuring all electrical points are rewired correctly.
4. Final Finishes: From wall putty and primer to the final coats of emulsion paint and laminate application, we focus on the details that define the look.
