About Corporate Training Sessions

In my sessions, we focus on interactive, scenario-based learning—discussing digital boundaries, the scope of the 'extended workplace,' and how to approach the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)—rather than just lecturing on legal jargon. Whether you need a 90-minute awareness workshop for your staff or a deep-dive training for your ICC members, I ensure the content is actionable for everyone in the room.

What My Training Covers
1. Employee Awareness Sessions (90 Minutes) These sessions are designed for the entire team, from entry-level staff to management. We break down the legal definition of sexual harassment under Section 2(n) into plain language. We cover:
- Digital Boundaries: Clear guidelines on harassment via WhatsApp, social media, and digital messaging.
- The Extended Workplace: Understanding that the law follows you to client sites, transport, and off-site events.
- Redressal Mechanisms: How and when to approach the ICC, and the consequences of false complaints.
**2. ICC Committee Training (3 Hours) This is a technical deep-dive for your Presiding Officer and Internal Committee members. We focus on procedural compliance and the principles of natural justice. Key modules include:
- Inquiry Procedure: A step-by-step roadmap from receiving a complaint to filing the final report.
- Evidence Handling: How to document interviews, verify digital evidence like screenshots, and manage CCTV footage.
- Confidentiality & Timelines: Strict adherence to the 90-day inquiry completion window and protecting the privacy of all involved parties.
My Approach
