Building safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplaces across Delhi NCR through practical, interactive POSH awareness sessions.

A glimpse from a recent POSH awareness session I conducted for a company. My goal is to create an interactive environment where employees can ask questions and truly understand the importance of a respectful workplace culture.

Here, I explain the definition of sexual harassment as per Section 2(n) of the POSH Act. A clear understanding of what constitutes harassment is the first step towards prevention and building a safe office environment.

This is my guiding principle: "Vakalat mera pesha hai, nyay dilana mera shauk hai." Advocacy is my profession, but ensuring justice is my passion. I bring this commitment to every corporate training session I lead.

It was an honor to be recognized for my commitment to legal awareness. My work extends beyond corporate training to empower the entire community with knowledge of their rights, which reinforces my credibility as a legal expert.
