Intimate Home Event Setup
Decor & Styling
- Backdrop Setup: 8ft x 8ft traditional backdrop using marigold strings (Genda Phool), banana leaves, or bright fabric drapes (Yellow/Pink/Orange palette).
- Floral Elements: Fresh Marigold and Tuberose usage for hangings; limited use of exotic flowers (roses/orchids) restricted to main focal points.
- Props & Furniture: Provision of traditional 'Urli' (brass bowl) with petals, two bridal seating chairs or a swing (Jhoola) decorated with creepers, and decorative cushions.
- Entrance: Basic welcome signage (chalkboard or printed foam board) with a simple floral archway or drape entrance.
Production & Logistics
- Lighting: Basic par can lighting (4 to 6 units) to highlight the backdrop and photobooth area.
- Execution Team: 4 to 5 member team for setup and dismantling (Same day teardown).
- Planning Support: Timeline management for the ritual/event and coordination with the family photographer.
Standard Kalyana Mantapa Wedding
Morning Muhurtham Decor
- Mandap Construction: 10ft x 10ft traditional 4-pillar structure decorated with heavy strings of Tuberose (Rajnigandha) and Marigolds. Includes havana kunda preparation.
- Sacred Elements: Banana plantain stems tied to pillars, brass lamp placements, and rangoli at the altar.
- Seating: Carpeted stage area with low seating (Pethas) for the couple and priest.
Evening Reception Production
- Grand Stage: 30ft to 40ft wide stage backdrop mixing artificial floral walls with fresh floral detailing (Roses/Orchids) and fabric draping.
- Lighting: Truss-mounted lighting setup with warm white ambience and spotlights for the couple.
- Furniture: Premium love-seat or sofa for the couple (typically Gold/White/Champagne finish).
General Inclusions
- Entrance Decor: 10ft Floral Archway consistent for both morning and evening (refreshed flowers).
- Walkway: 6 to 8 floral pedestals lining the aisle leading to the stage.
- Coordination: On-site supervisor to manage stage flow and vendor entry/exit.
Luxury Open-Air Theme Production
Bespoke Structure & Design
- Premium Mandap/Stage: Use of non-standard materials like Acrylic pillars, Crystal chandeliers, or Mirror-finish structures suitable for open air setups.
- Flooring: Installation of a Mirrored/Reflective Walkway (40ft to 60ft) or printed vinyl dance floor for Sangeet.
- Floral Design: Dominant use of English Flowers (Hydrangeas, Carnations, Lilies, imported Roses) in pastel or monochromatic themes. Includes pampas grass for Boho themes.
Tech & Special Effects
- SFX: Entry special effects including Cold Pyro (Sparklers) and Dry Ice fog machine for the couple's entry or first dance.
- Ambience Lighting: Extensive use of fairy lights (canopy style) or bulb strings for outdoor lawns; intelligent lighting (Sharpy beams) for the stage.
Production Planning
- Furniture Upgrade: Tiffany chairs or Chiavari chairs for guest seating (approx 100 pax included) instead of plastic covers.
- Logistics: Generator backup (DG Set) for outdoor power requirements.
- Full Coordination: Team of 3 to 4 coordinators managing guest welcome, stage queue, and catering timing.
