Decor & Styling
- Backdrop: 8x8 ft themed flex backdrop (glossy finish) on truss frame.
- Balloon Art: Organic arch or garland with approx. 600 to 800 air filled metallic/pastel balloons plus 2 standard pillars.
- Props: 3 to 4 themed foam board cutouts and a welcome board on an easel.
- Cake Display: Rectangular table setup with themed skirting and paper bunting.
Event Essentials
- Cake: 2.5 kg to 3 kg themed semi fondant cake.
- Photography: 3 to 4 hours of traditional photography (soft copies only).
- Sound: Portable PA speaker with mic for background music.
- Coordination: On site coordinator for timeline management.

- Party Gear: 20 to 30 birthday caps, eye masks, and whistles.

- Host: Professional Emcee for 3 hours of games and engagement.
- Live Act: Choice of 30 to 45 minute Magic Show OR Tattoo Artist.

- Buffet: Menu for 50 guests including soup, 2 starters, mains, rice, breads, and dessert (venue must allow outside food).

Management
- Staff: 2 to 3 hostesses for guest welcome and seating.

I handle every detail of your party, so you can actually enjoy it. From tiny get-togethers to big celebrations, I make sure nothing is missed. I know how important it is for you to just show up and have fun, so I keep things simple for you - one point of contact, everything sorted.
How I Make It Happen
- Decor and styling? I’ve done balloon arches, shimmer walls, and wild custom props.
- Entertainment sorted, with magicians, emcees, tattoo artists, and more. Kids love the bouncing castles and popcorn machines.
- Themed birthday party planning is my jam. Whether it’s unicorns for kids or a romantic adult vibe, I’m all in.
- Food, cake, photographer, invites, sound system, tables, chairs, return gifts - I manage it all.
- If you want your home to feel brand new for a party, I can do that. Or, if you need a full transformation at a hotel or club, I’ve got you.
Themes and Places
Kuch bhi ho sakta hai (Anything is possible). I’ve set up boss baby parties, Krishna themes, tropical nights, and more. From cozy home surprises to big banquets, I know how to make every space work.
