When I say I manage your event, I mean I am physically there overseeing the execution. Whether it is a milestone birthday or a kids' party, I often step in as the emcee to keep the energy levels high. I do not just hand off a checklist and walk away, I stay involved to ensure the games, the schedule, and the crowd are all in sync, so you can stop stressing and actually be a guest at your own event.

I started AceCreation back in 2009 because I saw a gap in how parties were being planned in Bengaluru. People were tired of juggling five different vendors for one afternoon. My approach is simple: one point of contact. That is me.

Why I Stay Hands-On

My team at AceCreation includes dedicated supervisors like Sufiyan, but you will still find me running the show. Being an emcee allows me to read the room. If the kids are getting restless, we switch up the games. If the music needs to be louder, I adjust the sound system on the fly. This level of control is why we have managed everything from small living room surprises to high-end events at places like the Ritz-Carlton.

My Process

When you call me, we aren't just picking a color palette. We talk about the flow of the event:

• Logistics: I handle the timing. From the moment the cake arrives to when the last guest leaves, I make sure the schedule holds.
• Vendor Coordination: You don't talk to the photographer, the caterer, or the tattoo artist. I do. If there is a problem, it is my problem to solve, not yours.
• Adaptability: I have seen it all. Rainy weather, last-minute venue changes, dietary restrictions. My job is to have a backup plan so your guests never notice if something goes wrong.

I treat every event like it is my own. When a client tells me, 'Fardeen bhai, aapne bahut badhiya kiya,' that is the only feedback I care about. My office is on Sarjapur Road, but I travel across Bengaluru to make your vision happen. Let’s talk about your next event.
