Store Launch & Inauguration Decor Package
Exterior Setup
- Organic Balloon Arch: A 10ft x 8ft semi arch or full inverted U arch created using a mix of Metallic, Pastel, and Chrome balloons. Uses high quality latex for sheen longevity (24 to 48 hours).
- Ribbon Cutting Kit: Provision of a decorated ceremonial tray, large golden scissors, and a satin red ribbon for the inauguration moment.
Interior Ambience
- Ceiling/Wall Clusters: 15 to 20 bunches of balloons (set of 3 per bunch) placed strategically on mirrors, product racks, or ceiling.
- Welcome Signage: One standard 2x3 ft easel stand with a foam board print welcoming guests (client provides design, printing included).
Service Specs
- Crew: Setup by a 2 person team (requires 2 to 3 hours setup time).
- Tear down: Self disposal by client (balloons are air filled and biodegradable).
Townhall & R&R Production Setup
Stage & Backdrop Production
- Branded Backdrop: 12ft (Width) x 8ft (Height) printed flex backdrop mounted on a wooden frame with high quality matte printing.
- Themed Decor: 4 to 6 Spiral Balloon Pillars (6ft height) with foil star toppers matching the brand palette.
- Red Carpet: 20 running feet of red carpet (4ft width) for the walkway or stage frontage.
Audio Visual Essentials
- Sound System: Professional PA system suitable for an indoor audience of 100 to 150 pax (Includes 2 Top Speakers on stands, 1 Mixer).
- Microphones: 2 Cordless Microphones for speeches.
- Stage Carpeting: Basic masking for the stage platform or riser.
Execution
- Logistics: Includes transportation, installation, and dismantling of all decor elements.
- Support: One technician for sound management during the event.
Professional Corporate Emcee Package (4 Hours)
Hosting Services
- Professional Emcee: Anchoring by Emcee Fardeen (Founder of AceCreation).
- Style & Tone: High energy, interactive hosting style. Fluent in English, Hindi, and basic Kannada.
- Scope of Work: Managing the Run of Show, conducting on stage games for employees, handling formal award announcements, and maintaining audience energy.
Duration & Logistics
- Time: Up to 4 hours of on stage presence.
- Meeting: One pre event virtual consultation to finalize the script and flow.
- Attire: Professional formal wear (Blazer/Suit) or event themed attire as requested.
Office Festive Light & Decor Package
Ceiling & Lighting Decor
- Fairy Light Draping: Installation of Warm White serial lights across the ceiling structure covering an area up to 800 to 1000 sq ft.
- Hanging Elements: Inclusion of 10 to 15 themed paper stars, lanterns, or metallic ornaments interspersed with the lights.
Floor/Corner Decor
- Focal Point: One decorated corner setup featuring either a 6ft Artificial Christmas Tree (with ornaments) OR a floral/rangoli focal point (for Diwali).
Service Details
- Installation: Includes wiring, taping, and safe installation by a 2 person team (Power source to be provided by client).
- Rental Period: Pricing is for a rental period of 2 to 3 weeks.
- Exclusions: Scaffolding (required only if ceiling height is greater than 12ft).
