About Step It Up: Aerobics Cardio

These sessions aren't just repetitive drills. We use aerobic steppers as props for a choreographed party, focusing on your glutes and legs while you are busy singing along to Punjabi hits. It is 45 minutes of sweat that feels more like a night out with friends than a gym workout.

Why Steppers?

Forget about staring at the wall while running on a treadmill. In my stepper classes, we use the aerobic stepper to add height and intensity to our movements. It is a fantastic way to target your lower body, specifically glutes and thighs, without it feeling like a chore.

The Vibe

It is all about the music. Whether it is a retro Bollywood track or the latest Punjabi banger from Diljit, the beat drives the workout. We keep the choreography easy to follow so you don't have to stress about being a professional dancer. If you can walk, you can step.

Logistics & Locations

We run regular sessions across Faridabad, including at Fitstop Gym and The Gym Adda in Sector 9.

  • Class Format: We usually do 45 minutes of high-intensity movement followed by 15 minutes of cool down.
  • Who can join? Everyone is welcome. We have a mix of regular 'Zumba fam' members and beginners. You do not need prior dance experience, just bring your energy and a pair of good shoes.
  • Drop-in: If you are unsure about committing to a month, you can always book a single session to test the vibe.
