Here is a glimpse into our dynamic yoga classes, where we focus on flowing through poses to build strength and improve flexibility. We use props like yoga blocks and sticks to deepen stretches and ensure proper alignment, helping you connect your breath with movement.
Join us on the mat to start your day with intention. Our yoga classes are scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, offering the perfect opportunity to stretch, breathe, and center yourself before taking on the day.
About Dynamic Yoga Sessions
We don’t just do poses; we focus on alignment and mobility using props like wooden sticks and blocks. It’s perfect for loosening up tight shoulders and hips from long desk hours, making sure you leave class feeling steady, not just sweaty.
Our approach to yoga here in Seshadripuram is rooted in the simple philosophy of 'Saans le, tension chhod' (Take a breath, leave the tension). We keep the sessions dynamic and approachable, blending Hatha and Vinyasa flow to suit both beginners and those who have been practicing for a while.
Why our approach works
Unlike rigid classes that focus solely on flexibility, we prioritize mobility training. We know that many of our students spend their day at desks, which leads to stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and lower back. By using props like yoga blocks, straps, and wooden alignment sticks, we help you get into positions safely and effectively, even if you are just starting out.
What to expect in class
Every session includes a segment of guided Pranayama (breathwork). We believe that if you can control your breath, you can control your focus. The sessions are structured to be a morning ritual that wakes up the body without leaving you drained.
We run these sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at our S.V. Complex studio. The batch sizes are kept small—usually 15-20 people—so you get the space you need and enough attention to ensure your alignment is correct. Whether you are looking for Hatha yoga basics or a more fluid Vinyasa style to build core strength, you will find a consistent rhythm here. This is a judgment-free zone where progress is measured by how you feel, not by how perfect your pose looks in the mirror.
