About Kids' Gymnastics & Breaking
We conduct our gymnastics and breaking sessions on professional crash mats, creating a safe landing for every cartwheel, flip, and freeze. Our approach focuses on building foundational agility and body control, ensuring your child learns the basics in a supportive, play-based environment.
Kids need space to burn energy and learn what their bodies can do. At ADA, our gymnastics and breaking programs are designed to turn that natural energy into actual skill. We do not drill kids like adults. Instead, we use a mix of structured drills and free play that keeps them engaged.
Why Our Approach Works
- Safe Foundations: Every session uses high-grade crash mats and landing pads. Whether your child is learning their first roll or mastering a complex freeze, safety is our priority.
- Age-Appropriate Training: We keep toddlers (3-5 years) in separate batches from the older kids (5-12 years). This ensures the intensity, game structure, and guidance level are perfect for their specific development stage.
- Beyond Just Steps: The breaking modules introduce core B-boying movements like baby steps and freezes, while the gymnastics segments build flexibility with bridges and cartwheels. It is about developing coordination that helps in sports, dance, and everyday activity.
